In this fun and supportive camp, 1st and 2nd graders will strengthen their spelling and phonics skills through engaging games, friendly competitions, and hands-on activities. Campers will practice word patterns, sounds, and sight words while building confidence as spellers. The week will wrap up with a mini spelling bee celebration where every student gets to shine! In this hands-on cooking camp, students will learn to make a variety of dumplings and other tasty treats. Campers will explore flavors from around the world while practicing kitchen skills, teamwork, and creativity. From mixing ingredients to shaping and sharing their creations, each day is a flavorful adventure filled with learning, laughter, and plenty of yum! Theater Production (3rd–8th Grade) Step behind the scenes and discover the magic of backstage production in this exciting camp with Miss Kyte! Students will craft props, design sets, and learn the technical side of theater, including working with microphones, audio, and lighting. This hands-on experience is the perfect opportunity to help set the stage for the upcoming play, Winne the Pooh. Join us for a week of creativity and teamwork as we bring the show to life! Shark Week (JK–3rd Grade) Dive into the excitement of Shark Week with Mrs. Plumlee in this jaw-some camp, timed perfectly with the real Shark Week this summer! Elementary students will learn all about sharks, their habitats, and the important role they play in our oceans. Through fun, hands-on activities, crafts, and games, campers will explore shark anatomy, behavior, and conservation efforts. Get ready to sink your teeth into learning in this fin-tastic camp! World Cup Indoor Soccer (JK–3rd Grade) Get ready to kick off an action-packed week of soccer fun; no cleats required! In this indoor gym-based camp, players will build their soccer skills through exciting drills, teamwork challenges, and friendly matches. Campers will practice dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense while representing different “countries” in a fun World Cup style tournament. With teamwork, sportsmanship, and plenty of energy, this camp is a goal-scoring good time for all young soccer stars! English proficiency required. Meet Your Heroes: Fire and Police Training Squad (JK–5th Grade) Do you want to meet real police officers, military members, and fire fighters? In Meet Your Heroes camp, not only will you actually train for the jobs of these heroes, you will get to meet them in real life, and go into their police car and fire trucks! This camp is perfect for any child who loves to do good or be a hero, or has interest in police, firefighting, or the military! Students will explore mathematical concepts like patterns, geometry, measurement, and problem-solving using games and hands-on activities. Through movement and collaboration, campers will strengthen their math skills while having fun in a dynamic, active learning environment. PM Sessions (1:00 pm–4:00 pm): Baking Across Europe (JK–8th Grade) Pack your apron and passport because it’s time for a culinary adventure! In this delicious hands-on camp, students will travel across Europe through baking. Each day features a new country and its signature treats, like French pastries, Italian biscotti, or German pretzels. Campers will learn basic baking techniques, explore global flavors, and take home their creations to share. It’s a sweet blend of culture, creativity, and fun! ALLERGY ALERT: Please note, the camp recipes contain gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Slime Story (JK–5th Grade) Get ready to mix, stretch, and experiment your way through the science of slime! In this STEM-based camp, students will learn how chemistry, measurement, and reactions come together to create their favorite squishy substance. Each day introduces a new “slime story” challenge, like glow-in-the-dark slime, color-changing slime, or magnetic slime. These activities will inspire encouraging curiosity and creativity. Campers will explore the science behind every swirl while having tons of gooey fun! All Star Baseball (2nd–5th Grade) Step up to the plate for a week of baseball fun! Campers will learn the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching, and teamwork through engaging drills, games, and challenges. Whether you’re new to the sport or already love the game, this camp builds confidence, sportsmanship, and skills in a supportive and energetic environment. Batter up! It’s time to play ball like an all-star! Woody & Buzz’s Toy Workshop (JK–8th Grade) To infinity and beyond! Step into the world of imagination where campers become the toymakers! Each day, students will dream, design, and build their own incredible creations. From crafting action figures and race cars to designing costumes and imaginative playsets, this camp blends creativity, building, and storytelling in one exciting adventure. Campers will paint, decorate, and personalize their toys, then proudly showcase their masterpieces at the end of the week. It’s a hands-on journey of creativity, friendship, and fun because when you make your own toys, the magic is endless! Science of Sourdough (2nd–8th Grade) Get ready to mix, bubble, and bake your way through an exciting hands-on adventure! In this four-day camp, young chefs and curious scientists explore the delicious world of sourdough, from the microscopic magic of wild yeast to the chemistry that makes dough rise. Campers will create and care for their own sourdough starter, run simple kitchen-science experiments, and learn how temperature, time, and fermentation transform their creations. By the end of the week, bakers will bring home their very own active starter, recipe cards, and the confidence to continue experimenting in the kitchen. Music & Movement (JK–2nd Grade) Get ready to move and groove with Mrs. Owens in this exciting new summer camp! Mrs. Owens is thrilled to share her passion for music in this upbeat and engaging camp! Cowboy’s Campout (3rd–6th Grade) Saddle up for a rootin’-tootin’ good time in the Old West! Campers will step back in time to learn about life on the frontier through stories, songs, and hands-on activities. Each day will bring a new adventure, like trying simple cowboy-style cooking, crafting western-themed projects, and exploring the history and traditions of the Wild West. With campfire tunes, creative crafts, and plenty of cowboy spirit, this camp is the perfect mix of fun, history, and imagination!
