Middle School Minds – Athlete Week (6th–8th Grade) This action-packed camp is designed for middle school students to explore a variety of sports, from soccer and basketball to track and field, helping them find their true talents. Each day, the athletes will dive into exciting physical workouts while learning the fundamentals of different sports. But it’s not all about practice – we’ll also have engaging discussions on making healthy choices, from nutrition to mindset, to help them become well-rounded athletes. Whether your child is a beginner or experienced, Athlete Week is the perfect place to develop new skills, conquer challenges, and have fun while getting fit! NASA Dreams Rocket Science (JK–8th Grade) 3, 2, 1 – BLAST OFF! Mrs. Bernard invites your child to come to our NASA Dreams Rocket Science camp and get ready to experience the fun of flight! From the Wright Brothers all the way to the future of space travel, Rocket Science Camp will be jam-packed with excitement! Use our super rocket launcher to create a water rocket that will blast over 100 feet into the air! Find out what it is like for astronauts in zero gravity by completing anti-gravity challenges and even eat Astronaut Ice Cream! Create your own army man parachute! Find out what it takes to drop an egg from a building without letting it crack! Learn to fold and fly the “Paper Airplanes of the Day”! Fly on over to NASA Dreams Rocket Science Camp! NOTE: This camp is offered for both AM & PM Session. While students are welcome to join both sessions, activities will be the same in each session. New! Cookie Connoisseurs (3rd–8th Grade) It’s time to sweeten up your summer! During this week-long baking adventure, bakers will become cookie-making experts. They’ll mix, bake, and decorate a variety of delicious cookies, learning different baking techniques along the way. From classic chocolate chip to fun, creative designs, campers will have the chance to experiment with new flavors and decorations. Plus, they’ll get to enjoy their tasty creations each day! Please note, the camp recipes contain gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. Interactive Math (3rd–5th Grade) Join us for a week of fun and engaging learning at our Interactive Math Camp! Led by Mrs. Reimer, a passionate educator, each day features themed lesson plans designed to make math exciting and accessible. Campers will explore a variety of math concepts through hands-on activities, games, and challenges tailored to their specific skill level. Whether they’re strengthening basic skills or tackling more advanced problems, students will leave this camp feeling more confident and excited about math! English proficiency required. New! Animal Advocates (JK–8th Grade) Join Miss Kyte for a week of inspiration and action! Campers will learn about ways we can protect the environment and help animals in our community. Through hands-on projects, they’ll create items to donate to local shelters and explore practical ways to make a difference in the lives of animals. With Miss Kyte’s passion for animals, students will leave this camp empowered to advocate for creatures big and small! Crafty Creations (JK–5th Grade) Unleash your creativity and explore the world of art! In this hands-on class, you’ll craft unique picture frames, design beautiful wind chimes, and bring your artistic ideas to life with a variety of fun, engaging projects! Writer’s Workshop (1st–2nd Grade) Mrs. Owens is calling all writers! This writing class will not only strengthen campers’ skills, but it will also foster a love of writing in a fun, encouraging environment. Because this class will focus on writing using a voice, campers will draw inspiration from creative projects done inside the class such as painting and crafting. Each student will also keep a writing journal which will be used daily. Comparison writing activities from the start of camp until the end will allow parents to see the wonderful progress made by their campers. English proficiency required. Students will make their own stamps, ornaments, cards and more as they learn how to carve linoleum blocks, apply ink and make original works of art! Ultimate Athletes: Speed and Agility Training (JK–3rd Grade) Get ready to boost athletic agility in a week filled with high intensity training. Campers will take part in a series of fast-paced drills that will increase their endurance, strength, and even confidence. Basketball, football, and soccer games will be incorporated throughout the week to build on athlete’s hand eye coordination, acceleration, and communication among teammates. This camp focuses on building and delivering professional presentations using Keynote, PowerPoint, and Canva. Students will gain hands-on experience with technology while developing confidence in public speaking. Perfect practice for future oral presentations, this camp helps students refine their skills and become dynamic, confident presenters! Money & Measurement (1st–2nd Grade) Join Mrs. Owens for a hands-on, fun-filled class of learning at our Money & Measurement Camp! Campers will deepen their understanding of monetary value through interactive activities, including “shopping” in our classroom, earning “money” for tasks completed, and playing games that teach the value of coins. They’ll also enhance their measuring skills by exploring concepts like length, weight, temperature, capacity, and time through engaging, real-world challenges. This camp is the perfect way for students to develop essential math skills while having a blast! English proficiency required.
