All Star Soccer (JK–3rd Grade) Week 1 (June 16–20) Join us for an exciting soccer camp where students will develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the game! Through engaging drills, fun scrimmages, and personalized coaching, participants will improve their passing, shooting, dribbling, and defensive techniques. This camp is designed for players of all skill levels to build confidence, stay active, and have a blast on the field! There will be NO camp sessions on Thursday, June 19 due to the Juneteenth holiday. Camp will instead be open on Friday, June 20. English proficiency required. Archery (3rd–8th Grade) Week Week 2 (June 23–26) Join us for an exciting week of archery, taught by Miss Albano, an experienced archery enthusiast with years of practice! In this safe and supportive environment, elementary students will learn the fundamentals of archery, including proper form, aim, and safety techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve, campers will have fun honing their skills and building confidence. NOTE: This camp is offered for both AM & PM Session. While students are welcome to join both sessions, activities will be the same in each session. New! Middle School Minds: Athlete Week (6th–8th Grade) Week 3 (June 30–July 3) This action-packed camp is designed for middle school students to explore a variety of sports, from soccer and basketball to track and field, helping them find their true talents. Each day, the athletes will dive into exciting physical workouts while learning the fundamentals of different sports. But it’s not all about practice – we’ll also have engaging discussions on making healthy choices, from nutrition to mindset, to help them become well-rounded athletes. Whether your child is a beginner or experienced, Athlete Week is the perfect place to develop new skills, conquer challenges, and have fun while getting fit! Volleyball (4th–8th Grade) Week 8 (August 4–7) Coach Sierra is excited to offer a Volleyball Camp for Heritage Oak athletes! This camp is the perfect opportunity to prepare for the upcoming school year and brush up on essential volleyball skills. Whether you’re looking to improve your serve, enhance your teamwork, or refine your technique, Coach Sierra will guide you through fun and challenging drills to get you ready for the season ahead! Heritage Oak students only. New! Wiggle & Stretch (JK–2nd Grade) Week 9 (August 11–14) Get ready to move, groove, and flip at our Wiggle and Stretch Camp! This program combines the joy of dancing, the benefits of stretching, and the excitement of beginner gymnastics. Campers will learn fun dance routines, improve flexibility through creative stretching exercises, and explore basic gymnastics moves like rolls, cartwheels, and balance skills. Whether your child is a performer or just loves to move, this camp offers a supportive and playful environment to develop coordination, confidence, and creativity. Join us for a week of fun, fitness, and friendships! PM Sessions (1:00 pm–4:00 pm): Nothing But Net (3rd–8th Grade) Week 1 (June 16–20) Let’s have some fun playing all sorts of sports with Nothing but Net! From basketball to pickleball, volleyball to badminton, soccer to indoor hockey and everything in between. This is a camp filled with multiple sports, friendly competition, and lots of activity. We will have some small tournaments throughout the week and even learn some sports that the children may not know yet. Come join and be ready to sweat in Nothing but Net! Ultimate Athletes: Speed and Agility Training (JK–3rd Grade) Week 3 (June 30–July 3) Get ready to boost athletic agility in a week filled with high intensity training. Campers will take part in a series of fast-paced drills that will increase their endurance, strength, and even confidence. Basketball, football, and soccer games will be incorporated throughout the week to build on athlete’s hand eye coordination, acceleration, and communication among teammates. Highland Games (1st–5th Grade) Week 7 (July 28–31) Join us for a week of Scottish-style competitions, including exciting events like tug-of-war and the caber toss! Students will also create their own Scottish Clan (family), designing unique crafts and symbols to represent their team. It’s a fun, hands-on experience filled with friendly competition, creativity, and a touch of Scottish tradition! Volleyball (JK–8th Grade) Week 8 (August 4–7) Does your child enjoy playing volleyball? Enjoy a week full of fun inside the gym, practicing and perfecting your child’s bump, set, and spike! This camp will help to improve coordination skills in a positive learning environment made for all levels. Children will learn proper stance, proper footwork for spiking the ball, diving, how to serve (under and overhand), and how to receive the ball. This is a great summer camp to get ready for volleyball season.
